I owned the earlier model that this replaces. Shame to have to replace a perfectly good device, but the beat must go on. This is high quality item, very well manufactured esthetically and ergonomically. It works easily and the instructions are plentiful AND IN ENGLISH. The kit I bought included a box of sample sticks, I believe. They work easily. Unlike the previous test strips, or whatever they are called, these new ones have black background in the capillary channel that "sucks" up the blood. You cannot see the blood in the channel, so the read sounds a beep and begins counting when it's happy. I guess that is foolproof, but I'd prefer to be able to visually verify that it is properly filled. Not a complaint, just a statement of preference.
If you are serious about KETO, you have to have one of these. If you are NOT serious about KETO, just stop pretending. Reaching and maintaining a state of Ketosis takes conscious effort, intelligence, and careful planning. It is not for everyone, but this little tool really works.

Hello, Everything I need is in this bundle. However because. I've been Fasting (IF & Some extended) since 2021 and doing Fasted Exercising since 2020. I'm a or was a diagnosed type 2 diabetic since 2001. I went LCHF in 2022, but now am Ketovore/Carnivore. I'm a LMHR and got my HbA1c down to 5.3 but currently thus WOE has my numbers to 6.3, 6.1, 6.0 and I didn't know if i was in ketosis. I tried urine sticks, and device you breath into ( it couldn't measure ketones, now I'm trying Keto-Mojo. My 1st measurement should a 2.5 eventhough my glucose was at 120. I'm assuming my glucose is a physiological response and not pathological. The mojo has helped me relieve my mind that I was going back to the land of Type 2.

Every thing is good quality in my opinion and is fine. The only reason I rated a 4 star is due to the packaging of the glucose and keto strips. They are the hardest thing to open up. Especially when a person has arthritis. You need to come up with better packaging. Most glucose strips come in a bottle.
