Shipping Rates (How Much It Costs)

Free Standard Shipping — Orders $49+
Trade-Up orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping Flat Rate — $5.99
Applies to orders under $49.

How Standard Shipping Ships (Carriers We Use)

All Free Shipping and Standard Flat Rate orders ship via DHL → USPS (final delivery).

Order Processing Time (How Fast We Ship)

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Please allow one additional business day for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

If we need to verify or update any order details (such as a shipping address), processing may take an additional business day after the update is confirmed to ensure accurate delivery.

Delivery Timing (After Your Order Ships)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 days, depending on your location and carrier transit timing.

Tracking Updates (Important Note)

USPS does not always scan packages immediately. As a result:

  • Tracking may not update right away
  • Movement may not appear until the package is closer to delivery
  • This does not necessarily mean your shipment is delayed

If an Order Is Late

If your package has not arrived within 7 days after shipment, please contact Customer Service with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of you.

Shipping Options at Checkout

USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days after shipment
FedEx Ground: typically 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (2-Day / Overnight)

Expedited shipping may be available by request, but is not always offered.
